packagemobile.com is a product of Namecoding Technologies LTD (namecoding.online). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we ("we", Namecoding Technologies LTD) collect when you use the packagemobile.com website, dashboard and build service, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. We are the controller of your account information. For the apps you build, you are responsible for the personal information your website and app collect from your own users.
- Account details — your name, email address, company (optional), and your password stored only as a secure hash. If you turn on two-factor authentication or passkeys, we store what's needed to check them (encrypted or hashed).
- Your apps — website addresses, app names, package IDs, settings, the images you upload (icons, splash images), build records and build files, and website-ownership verification details.
- Payments — your plan, orders, amounts, the Paystack transaction reference, and the card brand, last four digits and expiry date. We never see or store your full card number or CVV — Paystack handles those. To renew your plan we keep a reusable authorization token from Paystack until you remove your card.
- Team and support — teammates you invite (their email and access), and the messages you send to support.
- Push and integrations — if you connect your own Firebase project, the service-account key you provide (stored encrypted). If you allow browser notifications, your browser's push subscription.
- Usage and security — sign-in sessions, IP addresses, device and browser information, and records of important actions (such as sign-ins, payments and key exports) to keep the Service secure and to prevent abuse.
- To provide the Service: check your website, build, store and deliver your apps, and run your account.
- To take payments, renew plans, send receipts and handle failed payments.
- To send service emails (verification, password resets, build results, receipts, security alerts) and, if you opt in, product news.
- To keep the Service secure: rate limits, fraud and abuse prevention, and investigating problems.
- To answer your support requests.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We process your information because it's needed to provide the Service you signed up for, for our legitimate interests in running and securing it, to meet legal obligations, and — for optional things like product news — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Some of our providers store or process data outside Nigeria (for example in the European Union or the United States). When that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
- Account and app information — while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your apps, files and settings, except records we must keep.
- Build files — 30, 90 or 365 days depending on your plan, then deleted.
- Payment records and receipts — as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Saved card authorization — until you remove the card or close your account.
- Security records — for a limited time needed to protect the Service.
We use HTTPS everywhere, store passwords as hashes, encrypt sensitive keys, keep build files private behind our own download page, check every request for access rights, and limit who on our team can access data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and two-factor authentication.
Depending on where you live (including under Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 and, for people in the EU/UK, the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent. You can update most details in Settings and delete your account there. For anything else, contact us. You can also complain to your data-protection authority — in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Your app shows your website. We don't collect or see what your app's users do on your website. If you turn on features like push notifications, the app registers with the provider you choose (our push service or your Firebase project) to deliver notifications. You are responsible for telling your users how your website and app use their data, for example in your own privacy policy and Google Play's Data safety form.
The Service is for businesses and adults. It isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
We'll update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top. We'll tell you about important changes by email or in your dashboard.
