Terms of use
The rules for using packagemobile.com — in plain language where we can.
Last updated 25 October 2026Contents
packagemobile.com is a product of Namecoding Technologies LTD (namecoding.online). These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Namecoding Technologies LTD ("we", "us") for your use of the packagemobile.com website, dashboard, build service and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may accept these Terms for it.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and give accurate information.
- Keep your password, recovery codes and passkeys safe. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
- One person per login. Use team workspaces to work with others.
The Service packages a website you provide into an Android application, using a reviewed app template and cloud build servers, and lets you download, share and publish the result. The app displays your website; how your website behaves inside the app depends on your website. A website check or a successful build is not a guarantee that every feature of your website works inside an app — you are responsible for testing your app before sharing or publishing it.
- You may only submit websites, names, logos and other material that you own or are authorized to use. Verifying control of your domain is optional; we may ask for it, for example before helping you publish on Google Play, and we may stop builds or links for websites that clearly belong to someone else.
- You keep all rights to your content. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and transform it only as needed to provide the Service (for example to check your website, build your app and show previews).
- You are responsible for your website's content, its privacy practices and its compliance with the law and with the policies of app stores.
You must not use the Service to:
- build apps of websites you don't own or aren't authorized to use, or that impersonate another person, brand or organization;
- distribute malware, phishing, scams, unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually exploitative content, or content that harms children;
- break the law, app-store rules or the rights of others;
- probe, overload or attack the Service, other customers or third-party systems, or get around limits, plans or security controls;
- put passwords, keys or other secrets that don't belong in an app into your app's configuration;
- resell or provide the Service to others as your own without our written agreement.
We may remove content, stop builds, revoke download or install links, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
When you publish an app on Google Play or any other store, you are the publisher: you are responsible for your developer account, store listing, privacy policy, data-safety declarations and for following that store's policies. Stores may reject or remove apps at their own discretion; we are not responsible for their decisions.
Each app has a signing key that we generate (or that you upload) and store encrypted. The workspace owner can export it. If you export a key, you are responsible for keeping it safe. Losing or leaking a key can stop you from updating your app on a store.
- Plans, prices and what they include are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Prices are set in US dollars and charged in the currency shown at checkout (for example Naira) at that day's exchange rate.
- Payments are processed by Paystack. Your order applies once Paystack confirms the payment to us.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period by charging the card saved with Paystack, until you turn auto-renewal off or remove your card (how).
- If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active for a 3-day grace period while we retry; after that your account moves to the free preview. Your apps and settings are kept.
- Build allowances reset each period and don't carry over. Extra builds you buy don't expire while your account is open.
- We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you before a price change applies to your plan, and you can turn off auto-renewal before it does.
- You can turn off auto-renewal at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for; we don't refund partial periods.
- A build that fails or is cancelled returns its build to your allowance or credits. It isn't refunded as money.
- If you were charged twice, or charged without your order being applied, contact us and we'll refund or fix it.
- Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we'll honour it.
The free preview lets you create a limited number of apps and builds without paying. We may change or end the free preview at any time.
Build files are kept for the period your plan includes (30, 90 or 365 days) and then deleted. Keep your own copies of files you need. Download and install links may be revoked if they are misused.
The Service relies on third parties such as Paystack (payments), cloud hosting, storage and build providers, Google Firebase (if you use push notifications) and app stores. Their terms may also apply to you, and we're not responsible for their services.
We work to keep the Service available and secure but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance.
The Service, our software, the app template, our brand and our content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the apps the Service builds for your websites, but you may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service itself.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put the Service or others at risk, or don't pay. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your files. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that any app will be accepted by an app store.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others that arise from your websites, your content, your apps or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. We'll show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell you about important changes by email or in your dashboard. If you keep using the Service after a change applies, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Nigeria, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
